Terms of Service

By accessing and using TarPos Smart POS Platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at pos.tarcontentdev.net.ng (the "Service") operated by Tarcontent Developers Limited ("us", "we", or "our").

TarPos provides point-of-sale (POS) software solutions including but not limited to:

• Smart POS Platform with lifetime licensing
• Inventory management and tracking systems
• Sales reporting and analytics
• Customer management tools
• Multi-store support (available on Custom Store Setup plan)
• Payment gateway integrations
• Store setup and configuration services
• Price research and market analysis support

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To collect or track the personal information of others
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape

Smart POS Platform: ₦7,400 one-time lifetime license fee with no recurring subscription costs.

Custom Store Setup: ₦13,500 – ₦29,999 for comprehensive end-to-end store setup services.

All payments are processed securely through our integrated payment gateways. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and must be requested within 30 days of purchase for software licenses and within 7 days for setup services.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tarcontent Developers Limited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Your business data remains your property, and we implement industry-standard security measures to protect it. For detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our cloud-hosted services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

In no event shall Tarcontent Developers Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
